Princess Diana was born on in July 1961 at Parkhouse near Sandringham Norkfolk. She was the third daughter in her family as she has two elder sisters and a younger brother (Jane, Sarah, and Charles.) Her father had been a royal equerry for both King George VI and the young Queen Elizabeth II.
Princess Diana grew up in a boarding school (West Heath Public School In Kent.) After school, she worked as a nanny, occasionally a cook, and then as an assistant at the Young England Kindergarten In Knightsbridge. She was friend of Prince Of The Wales (Prince Charles), press and television spreed rumors about their friendship but on February 24 1981bthe engagement became official. The Prince was thirteen years older than Diana. When the journalists asked if they love eachother they both answered "yes" and Prince Charles added "whatever love means." The wedding took place at St.Pawls Cathedral on July 29th 1981 over 600,000 people lined the streets of London to cheer the couple. She has two sons first she gave birth to Prince William 1982 which is getting married soon and then to Prince Henry in 1984 she lost weight after giving birth and became more popular as a fashion figure. Immediately she began making public appearances. One of her first officials vists was to the funeral of Princess Grace of Monato. The princesses charity work increased their popularity with the public, she played an important role of people with AIDS. Her speeches were very touching as an example when Diana shaking hands with the AIDS patients proved to the public that social contacts with them were risk-free. In an official visit to India 1992, Diana sat alone outside Taj Mahal that great monument to love. It was a graphic public that the couple were formally together, they were in fact apart. August 31, 1997 Princess Diana dies in a car accident with Dodi Fayed and her driver in Paris tunnel and till this day it is a mystery to find out who killed them. September 6th 1997, hundreds of thousands of people from London came to Diana's funeral in Weastern Abby and about 60 people were watching it on the television, her body was taken to an island on Althop estate for burial.
Princess Diana will stay in our hearts and history...

Spring Break
Spring break is something good to have but not to me, I don’t want spring break to go on because we already had an unexpected holiday recently and we are supposed to have school. However I have plans for spring break I will be going to Palm Hills a lot and meeting my friends, I also will be busy doing the homework that was assigned to us. We may go to the cinema and watching the movies that I missed (especially Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows). Most of my friends just started school so I will arrange outings with my school friends. I already miss my school.

Tunisia
Jasmine Revolution
Autocratic President Zein Al Abiden Bin Ali was ruling Tunis for 23 years, Tunisian culture has a board middle class and there Islamic is moderate. Tunisians were suffering from government corruption, rising prices for food and products, and youth didn’t have chances to get a job and start their life. A young educated Tunisian protest from the small town of Sidi Bouzeid who gave the first message to the president of Tunis Zein Al Abiden Bin Ali that the demonstration time has begun. Who went on demonstration where youth, doctors, lawyers, and professors which they were highly educated. At first, President Bin Ali threatened them many times, police started to shoot them, many died and injured but even though they never gave up. They wanted to change the regime to democratic and they believed that they can do it and they didn’t go home. All countries were watching what was happening in Tunis and how strong they are. After the clashes between police and people were getting aggressive, the military found out that it is important to show up and to protect the people. Tunisians became very happy as they felt that they are very close to change the regime. They were right as President Zien Al Abiden had a very short speech to Tunisians and said, “I understood you, I understood each one “. Then he flew to Saudi Arabia,
I think these countries will be better in the future, and they have to rebuild their country, and they have to choose a good president who will help them to reach their aim. Tunisians got their freedom and hope and encourages other Arab countries to struggle for freedom, dignity and democracy.

The Unexpected Holiday
On 25th of January, 11, my sister, grandmother, aunt, and my mom went to Mall Of Arabia and shopped, we brought new bags for school my sister took it for school and my bag didn't fit for school books sadly but my sister had luck hers fitted. When we went back home we were so tired of all that walking. We opened the news to check how the demonstration went, we saw that there were protesters and policemen having clashes at that time we got scared of what was going on and we stayed watching the news. The next day we had school it was fun yet we were scared. On Thursday, it was nothing or we thought that were no problems, I was invited to my friends’ house for gathering I really had fun and enjoyed being with my old friends It was great day and I went back home, I watched news then I went to bed. On Friday the 28th, it was the worse day ever in my life, The demonstration was very tough as the police decided to deal very rough with the protesters, we didn’t go out all the family was worried of what is happening, I saw my mom and dad whispering and me and my sister was very scared. On Saturday I went to Diala's house and slept over at her house it was so much fun we did a lot, we went to the club, we played with the waves, and finally watched iCarly the movie it was amazing we didn't see the whole movie because it was long. On the other day I woke up at 7:00AM because Diala woke me up early and we completed the movie in the morning, Diala's father said: "were your clothes", we said: "ok", then we went down in the garden and played with the dogs, then we headed home, stayed because it was dangerous to go out and there was a curfew starts at 3:00PM. On Sunday, I heard that Farida was in my compound so I told her to come to my house I was bored so we played, then her mom came and stayed a little with my mom then they all went home. The fourth day I was so scared because the demonstration was much bigger!!! The same thing happened I told Farida to come again so we could play together. The day after that I went to Farida’s house I was happy, we made a surprise for our sister's and danced. Sometime after that my friend Alia made her birthday and it was fun we watched a scary movie and made a play. Then our tennis opened again after long time being closed, and I was excited to go and I played a lot. On another day we went to the Gizera club and played with my friends at the gymnastics room, we went to the pool and started to play, it was too crowded. I used to go to Palm Hills club a lot during this long holiday because it is safe place and very near to my house, and I meet all my friends there, it was good to see them. During the long holiday I used to read and to open my Gmail waiting for anything was posted to do it. Finally the last day I went to Dandy Mall with the family and I prepared all my stuff for new day at school.

Youth Revolution 25th Jan, 11
Egypt is a big, great country, but in the last five years it faced a lot of corruption from officials in the government and some business men, some youth and people has noticed this, but there was no way for them to express their displeasure. So they asked to carry out a peaceful demonstration, they got the permission to do it on 25th Jan, 11.
Youth were connected to each other through the internet social network sites such as FACEBOOK and TWITTER, they made pages to discuss their everyday troubles and working great deal of corruption in the country, they also invited other members of youth to join them on that day.
On Tuesday 25th Jan, 11, it was the Police Day Celebration, youth went out for their peaceful demonstration heading to Tahrir Square in the downtown, they were asking for their rights and all Egyptians rights in a very civilized way, they kept on saying, “People wants to overthrow the regime”. Police starts to feel that it’s risky to leave the protesters for more as other Egyptian people started to join them. Then, they started to deal with them by a very aggressive way, they started to throw on them gas bombs and to shoot them by rubber bullets, many were injured and few died.
On Friday 28th Jan, 11, protesters went back to Tahrir Square to finish what they have started, and to ask for their rights, they promised that they will not leave till Hosni Mubarak president of Egypt will leave first, and to chance the regime at all, and to turn to democracy country which is the Egyptian dream for long time. Police became more aggressive this time, and they shoot them with real bullets many died and many injured, but protesters they did not give up, then Hosni Mubarak the president of Egypt gave an order to the army to replace the police.
Protesters stayed in Tahrir Square for eighteen days till they did what they were asking for in a civilized peaceful demonstration. President Hosni Mubarak had stepped down on the 11th Feb, 11. (You can read it 11-2-11 both ways)

May she is a student in the class is jealous of Junie.B. because Junie B. was the first, so Junie.B. went to recess and everyone was gathered around her, then she thought about her Uncle Lou, because he was toothless, she was scared that she would be toothless like him, and she said to her grandfather that she would not loose her tooth, but her grandfather drooped her tooth by accident and she was screaming, "I look like Uncle Lou", "I look like Uncle Lou". Then when her mother came Junie.B. told her that the tooth fairy is a fake and that she put money and eats the teeth and she wouldn't put her tooth. Then she and her friends figured out that the tooth fairy has a collection of the teeth that night she put her tooth under the pillow and said, "I will sleep with the lights opened", then the next day she found cash and showed it to her mother, she found her little brother has a tooth and said that the tooth fairy gives teeth to little brothers and sisters. She figured out that her brother took her tooth from the tooth fairy.

BBC and CNN
CNN student news is better than BBC news, because CNN has more information, and it shows to us how things are happened\happening and how they are in the world and CNN has the shout out part, it helps us to think about the answer and then they talk about the story. The BBC news just write us an article and we just read it. That's why I think CNN is better than BBC news.

Claude Monet was born on November 14, 1840 in Paris. Nothing stopped Monet to reach his goal even his parents, he studies art in a cheap art school in Paris. When he grew up, he used to travel around France cities just to find a good places to paint, he got married to Camille she used to travel with him, and he had two sons called Jean and Micheal. He was famous as one of the Impressionism which are using broken colors most of his paints you feel it alive, he liked to paint mostly landscape. After a couple years Camile died (1878), then after a few years he got married to a woman called Alice. They moved to live in Giverny which is a small town near to Paris. Diary of a Wimpy Kid Dog Days
Greg Hefly enjoys his summer by playing video games in the dark, his mother doesn't like this idea. One day, his mother opened the curtain and told Greg: 'go out and enjoy the sun a little'. So Greg went over to Rowley, and Rowley said: 'lets go to my dads' pool'. When they went they took smoothies and said: 'just put it on Rowley's father check', then when they saw the bill which was $85.
Greg's mother said that he and Rowley are going to pay back for the check.
Later Greg's mother opened a Reading is fun club and everybody should bring in a book and read and Greg and Rowley did a VIP Lawn service and they are mowing lawn. Ms. Canfield was the first costumer to call she didn't give them their money because they didn't mow her lawn well so he went and called his father and his father mowed the lawn and didn't take the money back.

Holes
I think it was important to read the book first then watch the movie, Why? Because the book has more details than the movie, as Stanley was fat and young in the story but in the movie he was thin and older. I was excited when I watch the movie while imaging the real characters in the story, each actor played his role very well with inspiration. I liked a lot Holes story and I enjoyed watching the movie. I learned a lot from both.
Bactrian Camels
Bactrian camels can go for a long distance trip without food and water because they have two humps in their back where they can store food and water for a long time. They rarely sweat, if they felt thirsty they can drink 30 gallons in 13 minutes. In winter seasons they gather around the mountains for the snow which they can drink.
Bactrian camels height is about 2 meters tall but the arabian camels (Dromedaries) are taller, Bactrian camels have 2 humps when dromedaries have only 1 hump. Bactrian camels have flat footpads and rough to keep them safe from sinking into snow or sand, and helping them to cross over the rocks, they use their long neck to drink water and reach branches to eat. Camels fur is used to make clothing for humans. Bactrian camels live in Central and East Asia's rocky deserts where it is hot in the summer (38c) and very cold at winter (29c). They have shaggy coat which keeps them warm in winter and not hot in summer. They can walk for long distances (5.5 kph) and usually they don't run. They have long eyelashes and bushy eyebrows to protect their eyes from dust and snow.
Nowadays they are few as they are 400 in the Gobi Desert of Mongolia, so they are endangered. They are known by mammals and herbivores by the scientific, if they are threatened they can spit or kick, the nice thing that baby camels called their mama baa.
Facts:
- They can live up to 50 years.
- They can weigh 816 kgs
- They have been used for transportation and clothing for about 6,000 years.

Tornadoes
Tornadoes
Many people hear about Tornadoes, and they know it is a kind of natural disaster. When you read my report, you will get to know, what is a Tornado exactly?
A Tornado is the most dangerous storm that nature creates. It appears as a dark funnel, wide mouthed at one end, and narrow mouthed at the top. It looks like a cloud, but very big and dark. A speed winds make this shape.
The first thing Tornadoes appears as rotating, the main cause of it is by a massive thunderstorm, these strong storms form when warm air goes upward and mix with the cooler, and drier air makes a huge thundercloud. Some Tornadoes are harmless, but other Tornadoes are dangerous, the most dangerous Tornado is: F5 it could kill people and destroy houses. It could reach a maximum speed of 300 miles. If a Tornado hits the ground, it could destroy anything in its way. I will tell you an example, and it is a true story. Once a tornado in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, carried a motel sign 30 miles and dropped it in Arkansas!
The next thing, the Tornado can damage an area of, 1 mile wide and 50 miles long. The states in the Tornado range mostly are under the risks, the Tornadoes season runs from March to August, it is not easy to expect the exact time of a Tornado. Sometimes Tornadoes accompany storms and hurricanes over land. Tornadoes take many shapes and sizes. There is a mild Tornadoes, and a sever ones.
How do we know that there is a Tornado coming?
It is never known, if there is a Tornado coming, but with experience, we have to look for the following, if it is there it means there is a Tornado on the way:
1-Dark sky, sometimes the color of it is near to be green.
2- Wall heavy clouds.
3- Large hail.
4- Loud roar.
Finally, everyone living in a Tornado range or expected Tornado areas should be prepared. Make a family plan of the house, work, school exits, so it will be fast to move and to react. All the family has to make many trials, as if there is a real Tornado. Each family has to have a radio at home, incase there is Tornado approaching, they will hear it immediately and get ready. Everyone has to go to the basement, or to the nearest shelter, they have to be away from windows, if they don't have a basement or a shelter around, the safest place will be to stay at the bathroom. If there is anyone in his car, they have to get out of it very fast, it is safe to be away from the car, try to find a low ground not on hills, and kneel on the ground while covering the head, and this is the best position to be protected from a Tornado.
So you see, Tornadoes are un expected nature disaster, happens in some areas, and some of them could kill people, and destroy cities, so be prepared, and make your plan talk to your children about Tornadoes and how to be prepared, and what the safest action should be taken, if a Tornado approaching. Talk to your neighbors about one plan to follow. It is up to you at the end and I think if everyone did this they will protect their families.

about me
Hi my name is Fatima and I am 10 years old. I have a sister called Farah. I used to be in Chouifat International School but now I am in 5th grade at The American International School. I have best friends ever and my teacher is Miss Wave. Writing and reading is my favorite hobbies.
I remember the first day of school and I just wanted to talk about it with you guys. It was 8:00AM when I reach the school, There was a strange feelings moving between happiness and being scare, when Miss Wave called out my name I panicked as I didn't know any one in my class, but when I talked to you all in class, I felt relaxed by everyone's tender and smile. We were all calm, but when Nour vomited, I went to Miss Wave and told her Miss, Miss, she is vomiting, and when Nour came back after few minutes Hania vomited, I was shocked and at the end of the day it turned out being really great meeting Miss Wave and my classmates. When I went home me and my sister told our parents about the news and even we were both happy.
I am happy to be your classmate and I am happy to be Miss Waves' student.
